In various Stages in different areas, the ARMS Organisation Mark is present – and I think everybody has noticed this. However! Have you noticed where the Biff Mark has been inconspicuously located? From afar, you may mistakenly see this as the ARMS Organisation Mark due to the exquisite camouflage!
Biff won’t be able to contain himself for much longer – we’ll find out shortly what he is sneaking around about.
